Dr. Jaculeen Dano
Dr. Dano is a native of Bucks County Pennsylvania. She attended La Salle University in Philadelphia on a full academic scholarship where she completed Degrees in Biology and Mathematics. Dr. Dano is a 1990 graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine were she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. At graduation she received several awards including the Murrel Kaplan Compassionate Physician Award and the Richard Freeman Prize awarded for outstanding leadership and overall contribution to Tulane University.

She completed two residencies after medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. In 1993 she completed a residency in Internal Medicine and in 1996 she completed a Dermatology residency. Dr. Dano is Board Certified by both the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Dermatology.

Dr. Dano has been practicing Dermatology in Austin since 1996 and has been in solo practice since 1999.

She sees adults and children for general dermatology including things like acne, psoriasis, eczema, moles and skin cancer. She performs surgery to remove skin cancers, moles and cysts. In addition to her general dermatology practice Dr. Dano also has a busy cosmetic dermatology practice including Botox and Collagen treatments and sclerotherapy to treat leg veins. She works closely with her aestheticians who peels, microdermabrasion, skin care consults and specialized acne treatments.
