Is Dr. Dano accepting new patients?
*Yes, Dr. Dano is always accepting new patients. We accept patients with and without insurance, and are happy to schedule you in to the next available appointment time.
Can I get a cosmetic procedure done on a first time visit?
*Generally all cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Sculptra, Radiesse, Restalyn and Sclerotherapy require a patient to come into the office for a consultation prior to having the procedure performed. Botox is the only cosmetic procedure that may allow time for the consultation and injections to be done on the same day.
*Note that with pregnancy and nursing, there are certain limitations on procedures.
How can I get my prescription refilled?
*The most efficient way to refill a prescription is to have your pharmacy fax our office a refill request form. After the nurses have processed the request, they will call the patient to inform them the prescription has either been accepted or denied. Patients should allow 48 hours for processing.
How will I know when the results of my lab work have come in?
*Patients are informed of all biopsy and blood results as we receive them. Some results take longer than others to arrive in our office. A nurse will notify the patient as soon as we have reviewed all results.
How long will I be in the office?
*A general rule of thumb is to allow yourself one hour in the office from the time you walk in to the time you are checking out. However, it is a possibility for our office to be running a few minutes behind, so we advise patients to call in before they arrive and ask if we are running on time.
What is your cancellation policy?
*Dr. Dano and her staff have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We do ask that to avoid any cancellation fees, patients cancel their appointment by the end of the day prior to their appointment time.
What cosmetic treatment can I do to assist with anti-aging?
*Our aesthetic center uses multiple deep skin exfoliation treatments to assist in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. For a more intense result, we have laser therapies that can be done as well. To maximize results, it is recommended that treatments should be done at 4-6 week intervals.
