INSURANCE FAQ Dr. Dano can see everyone. We are currently an IN NETWORK for the plans listed below. If we are an IN NETWORK for your insurance company, it means we are able to file your claims directly to you. You will be responsible for any coins or deductable at the time of service. Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO We can also see you OUT OF NETWORK if you have a PPO not listed above in most cases. You are welcome to call the office for further details on this benefit. If we are not in your insurance network, we will still be able to file your claims. However, you will be responsible for the full amount at the time of service and reimbursed by your insurance company according to your OUT OF NETWORK benefits. Please note: If you have a PPO, we can still file your claim with your insurance. |
